The Moving Beyond the Mental Health Label Coaching program is NOT for someone who has been discharged from the hospital in the last 6 weeks, is taking more than 3 psychotropic medications or is in a state of severe depression or psychosis. Dr. Chris, ND has trained many clinicians across North America in her unique approach to addressing mental health concerns using a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual approach. Another option is for you to reach out to the provincial naturopathic associations (google them) or the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors to find an ND near you.
If needed, Dr. Chris, ND can offer to consult with your health care provider for a fee; however, it is ideal if the patient and clinician have read her book “Beyond the Label; 10 Steps to Improve your Mental Wellness with Naturopathic Medicine”.
Communication and punctuality are at the heart of our appointment-based scheduling. Please be advised that arriving late for an appointment means that we may not to be able to address your concerns to their full extent or at all, however, you are responsible for the time that has been set aside for you. There is a consultation fee for time spent on and off the call and a credit card is required to secure all appointments. Our clinic policy for changing an appointment is 2 business days notice. Failing to do so will result in a fee for the cost of the appointment that was scheduled. Thank you for your understanding!
